After Catalina State Park, it was a laundry, grocery and maintenance day before our trip in heavy traffic through Tucson on our way to Casino Del Sol for the night. The next day toured the San Xavier Mission, learning about the Jesuit and Spanish influences of the late 1600's. Kevin and Debbie visited us at the casino 'camping' spot, to catch up on our travels since our last get together in Yuma, a month ago. The next day we did the nature thing by exploring the Saguaro National State Park. A little hike and a great picnic lunch under a ramada shelter in the desert. The next day Kevin and I took in the Pima Air & Space Museum, while Grace and Debbie stayed at their RV site and watched the Olympic men's hockey game and also did a two hour hike. Got together Friday night for the 'free' and very delicious buffet at the casino. (Will have to add names to planes ASAP)

This was another great spot to spend a few nights. |

A comfortable and quiet spot, shared by many other RVs. You were able to spend up to two weeks here, free. |

Visit with Kevin and Debbie at the park they are spending over a month at in Tucson.
Shared stories and had lots of laughs, especially the casino venture. We all made something. |
